Community Access
Fostering Interaction, Community Access is a new model of community housing. Using shared amenities, community support and recreational facilities, the building combines affordable family housing with supportive housing to help integrate and create community. By creating small neighborhoods tied together by glazed centrally located community rms the building reinforces this methodology, while breaking up the massing along the Bruckner Expressway.
