Saint Felix Residence

Acting as a transitional moment at the intersection of two contrasting neighborhoods, Saint Felix Residence is a new two-unit home at the corner of the Brooklyn Academy of Music Historic District. It takes cues of the traditional Brooklyn Row house through material and organization, while creating a distinct warm comfortable living environment.
