Using warm materials and elegant proportions, IMPACCT residence looks to welcome its neighborhood, while providing much needed senior housing to the area. Subtle massing moves and visual transparency create a sense of community on the façade, while visually and programmatically connecting the residents to the roof garden. A focal point of the building, the roof garden creates an important area for the well-being of the senior residents as a place of socialization, recreation, gardening and relaxation.
